There are many documents that provide useful guidance for the program shift. Below is the list of documents that we encourage you to refer to as you advance the program shift. You may download these documents by clicking on the links below or by visiting the Program Shift section of the Program Quality Digital Library(PQDL).As you advance the program shift in your own CO or unit at CARE, we encourage you to document your work and submit this documentation for uploading in the PQDL. The PQDL librarian will add the title of your submissions to this page on the wiki. If you have documentation that does not yet belong in the PQDL, but you think is vital information for others doing the shift, feel free to upload these documents directly on this page along with a short abstract.
